The Birliksan HYD-125 (BH-125) Hydraulic Combined Ironworker (Combined Shearing and Punching Machine) is a multi-functional powerhouse engineered to meet the demanding requirements of modern metal fabrication shops and industrial production lines. While maintaining a compact footprint to minimize floor space, it integrates plate, flat bar, angle iron, round, and square bar shearing alongside heavy-duty punching operations into a single machine, powered by a high-capacity 20-ton hydraulic system.

• Heavy-Duty Punching Performance: The robust punching station can accurately pierce holes up to Ø26 mm in diameter through 8 mm material thickness, or Ø18 mm holes through 10 mm plate thickness.

• Expandable Tooling Infrastructure: The machine features an adaptable design that allows for easy capacity expansion. Optional specialized blades can be integrated for processing NPU (U-channel: 65x42 mm) and NPI (I-beam: 80x42 mm) profiles based on production requirements.
